Your satisfaction is our top priority. We sell only the finest quality products from reputable manufacturers, so we rarely have problems with any of our products. But if your item is damaged or defective in some way, we'll make sure you're taken care of, as follows:
Defective Item - Most of our products are backed by a manufacturer's warranty. If your item has a defect, please contact the manufacturer as instructed in the paperwork that came with the product. If you need help contacting the manufacturer, feel free to contact us.
Damaged Item – If your product was damaged during shipping, contact us and we'll help you get the replacement parts you need or arrange for total replacement of the product at no cost to you.
Returns – If there's nothing wrong with the product and you simply want to return it, we do accept returns within 30 days of the date you received the product. In general, all customized rings are not returnable or refundable.
Resizing -We offer the first resize on our military rings for free. All you need to do is include the return postage of $14.95. Any additional resizing will incure a $25.00 resizing charge, plus the return postage. Our Repairs Department will assess the ring when received, and we will contact you if there are any concerns or any other charges. On a resize, the ring must be identical to the order in our system. No changes can be made to the ring. If changes are requested, additional charges will apply. Please return the ring along with the original invoice, the size that you need and your return shipping address. We suggest that you ship the package with insurance as we are not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit to us. For questions and more information, contact us.
