The Navy Exchange Service Command (Nexcom) provided free phone calling cards to Sailors during the December Holiday Season. The Sailors received a $10. prepaid phone card. Providing 38,000 sailors with the means to call home during Christmas time. These sailors were at sea and the cards were an encouragement to connect with home.
